Is it too technical for a business audience?
No. The conference day is designed for business leaders first, in plain language. Deeper technical content sits in the pre-event workshops and post-event programs.

Why are there post-event programs?
Conference day creates clarity. The post-event programs, online via Zoom, help Builder and VIP holders keep going on their own implementation and ask deeper questions.
Is SCALECON only for large enterprises?
No. The theme is the Agentic Enterprise, so the sessions are enterprise-focused, but the lessons apply at any size: start with a real business problem, find where AI creates leverage, build the implementation path, measure the outcome, then scale what works.
Will I receive a certificate?
No. SCALECON is built around practical insight, implementation and ecosystem collaboration rather than formal certification.
Is this a hybrid event?
No. SCALECON 2027 is an onsite experience. The sessions matter, but so do the networking, the discussions and the connections that only happen in the room.
Will sessions be recorded?
Recordings are released where speaker rights allow, and appear in My Ticket for the tickets that include them.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Full ticket terms are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No. Tickets are sold online only, at app.scalecon.ai/tickets.
Is parking and prayer space available?
Yes. The venue provides both parking and prayer facilities.
What language will the event use?
Sessions are delivered in a mix of Indonesian and English, in plain language, with AI terms explained simply on first use.
